Boarding
How much does cat boarding cost?
₹550 per 24 hours, flat, covering up to 24 hours. Food is charged extra at actuals, or you can bring your cat's own food.
Will my cat be kept with dogs?
No. Cats stay in a dedicated cat-only section that is calm, secure and away from dogs.
Will my cat share space with other cats?
No. Each cat gets individual care and attention, with no mingling with other cats.
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in and check-out are available between 9 AM and 8 PM. The kennel is open every day of the year.
Can I check on my cat during the stay?
Yes. You get video updates, and you can ask for a video call.
What should I bring?
Your cat's vaccination record is mandatory. You can also bring regular food, a favourite toy or a blanket, plus written feeding and medication instructions.
Grooming
Do you offer cat grooming?
Cat grooming is not among the services listed for cats at the kennel, and CatsVilla does not take grooming bookings. Our grooming page is a care guide for doing the basics at home.
How often should I brush my cat?
Short coats usually do well with a weekly brush. Long-coated breeds such as Persians and Himalayans generally need brushing every day.
Do cats need regular baths?
Most healthy cats groom themselves and rarely need one. Ask your vet before bathing a cat with skin problems.
Health and vaccination
Is a vaccination record required for boarding?
Yes. A vaccination record is mandatory for every cat.
Do you accept kittens?
Kittens are welcome once their vaccination course is complete; call us to confirm for very young kittens.
What if my cat needs medication?
Tell us about any medication or health condition when you book, and share written instructions.
Is there a vet at the kennel?
Cats at the kennel get a daily vet visit.
Which vaccinations does my cat need?
This depends on your cat's age and risks, so ask your own vet for a vaccination schedule.
Can I give my cat milk?

How do I book cat boarding?
Bookings are made on the DogsVilla customer portal. Use any "Book cat boarding" button on this site and you will be taken there.
Can I book on CatsVilla?
No. CatsVilla is an information site, and bookings and payment happen on the DogsVilla customer portal.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled on the DogsVilla customer portal, which is powered by Razorpay.
